What graduates are saying about our training:

"Going through the 2017-18 Roots yoga teacher training was rewarding and challenging physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Erik and Lauren have created a program that meets the needs of all. If you want to become a yoga teacher, learn more about the history of yoga, delve into your personal yoga practice, or learn more about yourself, this class is for you. Personally, I wanted to learn more about asana, yoga sequencing, and how to lead a yoga class. Currently, I teach one class a week at Roots and have one private student. Plus, you cannot beat the great value!"
